Refund and Cancellation Policy for Mitali This Side

Thank you for shopping with Mitali This Side. Please review our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Refund Policy:

   a. Damaged or Defective Products:

   • If you receive a physically damaged or defective product (for example: torn, missing pages, etc) , please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. PLEASE MAKE AN UNBOXING VIDEO WHILE OPENING THE SEAL OF THE PRODUCT, only then will your query be entertained. We will provide instructions on returning the product, and upon verification, we will send a replacement.

   •  MINOR PRINTING DEFECTS IN ONE OR TWO PAGES, WON'T ACCOUNT FOR REPLACEMENT

   • In case of undelivered shipment, we'll reattempt the delivery once again, on your request after getting in touch with you. If the shipment is still undelivered, the courier company will ship it back to us. NO REFUND will be issued in such cases.

   b. Order Cancellation Before Shipment:

   • If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. If the cancellation is made before the order is processed for shipment, we will issue a full refund.

   • WE WON'T BE CHANGING THE ADDRESS ONCE ADDED.

2. Cancellation Policy:

   a. Cancellation After Shipment:

   • We cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped. 

   • NO cancellation of digital products

3. Refund Process:

   a. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

   b. Please allow [7 days] for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned item.

4. Return Shipping:

   a. For returns due to damaged or defective products, Mitali This Side will cover the cost of return shipping.

   b. For all other returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
